Flexibility/Adaptability: We make it our priority to set clear expectations on the front end with both clients and assistants. However, our clients often come to us with unique needs so our hires must be able to accommodate the rapidly evolving demand.

Initiative/Ability to anticipate needs: Adding value and honoring client’s needs is a cornerstone of our business; therefore, our candidates must demonstrate this skill. Taking time to learn about what the clients require, asking the right questions at the right time, and being proactive is key.

Organization Skills: Our clients come to us to help create and maintain methods to keep their home/work life synergetic. Successful hires will have a keen ability to organize physical items as well as documents/files.

Clear Communication (oral and written): Beyond communicating with our clients, assistants may be asked to speak on their behalf. Tact, diplomacy, and discretion will be necessary in successfully completing tasks.

Multitask/Managing Competing priorities: Many of our clients have multiple businesses, various social affiliations, and extended personal calendars; thus, successful assistants must have the ability to track and complete tasks across these dimensions.
